Fricase of French Beans
1 pkt frozen French beans (we used fresh)
1 tsp Ginger paste
1 cup coconut milk
4 tablespoons coconut oil
Salt
Pepper
Chilli (optional)
1lemon
Heat the oil in a pan.
Pour in ginger paste and beans; cook until soft.
If using chilli add it now.
Add the coconut milk and let simmer until the beans are cooked.
Do not cover the pan.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. (we added the juice of the lemon here)
You can substitute beans with spinach for preference. Follow exact recipe.
